Payment

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include:

  • PayPal
  • Credit and debit cards

Available payment options may vary depending on your location and the payment provider.

2. Will I need to pay taxes or import duties?
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges may apply depending on your destination country and local customs regulations.

These charges are determined by the relevant customs authorities and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

3. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or preparation for shipment, we may be unable to cancel or modify it. We will review your request and confirm whether changes are still possible.

Shipping

1. Does Ocuora ship to my country?
We ship to many countries and regions worldwide. Shipping availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Due to shipping restrictions, we currently do not ship to the following locations:

  • Brazil
  • Philippines
  • Indonesia
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Sudan
  • Syria

Shipping availability may change due to carrier, customs, legal, or operational restrictions.

2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and delivery destination.

We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over US$99. For orders below US$99, standard shipping is US$6.99, unless otherwise shown at checkout.

Occasionally, we may offer promotional free-shipping events. Any applicable promotion will be displayed on our website or at checkout.

3. How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days
  • Standard shipping time: 7–12 business days

Delivery estimates do not include customs clearance delays, weekends, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

For some destinations, including parts of South America and the Russian Federation, delivery may take longer due to transportation and customs processing.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

You may track your package through 17TRACK. Please allow 1–2 business days after shipment for tracking details to become available or update.

5. What should I do if my package has not arrived?
If your package has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, please contact us at contact@mail.ocuora.com.

Our support team will review the delivery status with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our shipping, return, and refund policies.
