Order Processing
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review your order details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if any information needs to be corrected.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time includes order verification, quality check, packing, and preparation for shipment.
Please note that orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when it becomes available.
You can track your order through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. You may also track your package at 17TRACK.
Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is calculated from the date your order is shipped, not from the date the order is placed.
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Estimated Shipping Time: 7–12 business days, depending on the destination
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to destination, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to notify you by email.

- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $99
Please note that shipping fees, discounts, and free shipping thresholds must be displayed clearly at checkout and may vary depending on your order value or shipping destination.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address, email address, and contact information are correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@mail.ocuora.com. We will do our best to help, but we may not be able to change the shipping address once the order has been processed or shipped.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please first check the tracking information and contact the local carrier if available.
If your package has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, please contact us at contact@mail.ocuora.com with your order number and tracking information. We will review the situation and assist you with an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the tracking result and order status.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Depending on your shipping destination, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs processing may also cause delivery delays that are beyond our control.
